CAD AND CAM DESIGN

All processes (from casting to finished product) are performed entirely within the company, including metallization, with obvious advantages ensuring a very high quality while respecting delivery times

Comprehensive designs are created for molds and accessories, with a subsequent ENGINEERING phase that allows the product design to be transformed into the 3D design necessary for the realization of the molds.

PRODUCTION/EXECUTION OF MOULDS

HIGH QUALITY

Molds are produced: finishers, drafters, baffles, bottoms, collars, latches, flanges for double drop or triple drop rounds or highly personalized shaped articles, artistic, with stamps, logos and inscriptions engraved or in relief.

Quality control is present throughout the production area up to the packaging of the products through specific certified instruments and operating instructions to verify the respect of the projects in terms of quality, dimensions and capacity

The realization of equipment for machines

I. S. has had the role since birth predominant in activities of O.C.M. The processes are carried out through numerical control machinery of last generation managed by operators specialized and continuously updated. One area is dedicated exclusively to the completion and verification of the pieces, equipped with different machines semi- and automatic that allow a high degree of finish and precision from the simplest processes to more complex surfaces.

Precision ENGINEERING

The O.C.M. is able to design, industrialize and manufacture mechanical components of any type with high standards of processing, precision and finishing.

• Turning, milling, copying, drilling, tapping on various types of materials, such as aluminum, cast iron, steel, bronze etc. on small and medium-small pieces.

• Deep drilling with cannon tips from diameter 4.0 to diameter 10.0 up to 1000 mm of drilling.

• Micro-perforations with a diameter of 0.4 to 1.0 (3.0) with high depths on conductive materials

Machinery

2 CAD-CAM 2d / 3d stations, more than 20 CNC of last generation including 3-4-5 axis machining centers, CN lathes, turning centers, CN drilling machines, micro-perforating machines, welding area with pre-heating ovens, MIG / electrode and oxyacetylene welding for stellite deposits, automatic sandblasters, doffers, automatic tumblers for hollow glass molds (Cubolux) .

Moulds repair

Restoration, replacement, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on used and worn hollow glass molds and accessories.

Technical Office

The technical office is equipped with several workstations dedicated to CAD and CAM customized for production needs allowing the design, industrialization and realization of any mechanical piece.

Storage

Last, but only in order of presentation, is the warehouse area, organized in different sectors in a simple but effective way.
A merchandise reception area has been set up, where you can temporarily place all that is coming, to allow rapid access
unloading operations.
On the nearby and ample shelving all the materials are placed, strictly divided into:
raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, assembly components and equipment for machinery.
